By downloading or using Quark ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Artem Nosenko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the Apple Standard EULA.
Quark Pro is available as a monthly ($2.99/month) or yearly ($24.99/year) subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
You retain all rights to the content you save in Quark. We do not access, collect, or share your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and store any content you add to the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any data loss — please maintain your own backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artem Nosenko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
