Overview

Quark ("the App") is developed by Artem Nosenko ("we", "us", "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data. The App does not use analytics, tracking, or third-party services that collect your information.

Data Storage

All your content — links, notes, images, videos, and documents — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you subscribe to Quark Pro, your data is synced across your devices using Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following Apple services:

• iCloud (CloudKit) — for syncing data across your devices (Quark Pro only). Data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• StoreKit — for processing in-app purchases. Payments are handled entirely by Apple.

When you save a link, the App fetches publicly available metadata (title, description, preview image) from that URL. No personal information is sent during this process.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
